Jewelry Consumer Opinion Council Launches Desktop Product Assessment Platform™

Paso Robles, CA - May 9, 2008- MVI Marketing Ltd. (MVI) today announced that its Jewelry Consumer Opinion Council (JCOC) division will premiere its Desktop Product Assessment Platform™ (DPAP) at the upcoming JCK Las Vegas trade show.

DPAP, the first service of its kind, is a web-based software platform which will change the way a manufacturer or designer develops new product by providing 'pre-testing' of new designs and concepts with their target consumer right from their desktop and will provide results of consumer preferences within minutes.

Liz Chatelain of MVI, who will be introducing JCOC's DPAP in Las Vegas, announced: "For manufacturers and designers currently producing any regular quantity of styles in a year, JCOC's DPAP will eliminate the guesswork of selecting which designs to make into live samples, thereby saving thousands of dollars and man hours because the testing can be done using CAD CAM images."

Chatelain defined significant cost savings to be achieved by DPAP as cost of materials (precious metals, gemstones) combined with production time and labor in creating samples of jewelry that no one may want to buy.

Potential significant profits produced by JCOC's DPAP will come from increased sell-through of styles preferred by consumers as well as reduced returns and exchanges from retailer/wholesale clients.

MVI has set preliminary prices for JCOC's DPAP services at just US$50 per style.

MVI will be unveiling the Jewelry Consumer Opinion Council Desktop Product Assessment Platform™ at the JCK show by appointment only.
