Potential enough, could grow up to a major African Logistic Hub-Namibia is desirous to up grade & develop their rail net work, ports & much more in the field of infrastructure. Therefore Jairam Ramesh proposed on his visit to Namibia to consider setting up a joint task force that of both the nations to explore the possibilities of a long term & direct partnership in trading of diamond. Further Ramesh said, such group that could finalize the area of co-operations and could ink down a report with in two months.
